Submissions

Requirements for submitting your Digital Images

Entries need to be:

- sRGB, JPG - Landscape shots: 1024 pixels wide x Whatever It Makes (WIM)

- Portrait shots: 768 pixels high x WIM.

- Maximum filesize is around 1Mb.

- Borders are optional.

Maximum digital image size is 1920 (width) x 1080 (height) pixels. A different ratio may be applied to the digital image (e.g. square or 'letterbox'), provided the maximum sizes are not exceeded. There is no limit to resolution.

Each digital image must be submitted as a JPEG file (*.jpg) and in sRGB profile.

-Digital images are to be submitted to the Digital Images Coordinator by emailing them to: Southperthcameraclub@gmail.com

- Digital images submitted for all categories shall be labeled as follows.
P1, P2 or D1 then Title and Author’s Name separated by underscores.

Requirements for Prints

- Prints:

- Mount size for camera club meeting night is 20cm X 25cm, except for club panoramas. ( 200mm x 250mm = 8" X 10" )

- Panoramas: 10cm X 30cm mount size is accepted only in club competitions.

- Monochrome prints: Any photograph containing shades of only one colour. If toning is carried out, it must be over the whole photograph - partial toning and /or the addition of any colour is not acceptable.

Deadline

Prints for Set Subject competitions must be presented for display upon arrival on the night of the competition.

Digital images for all Set Subject competitions must be emailed to the Camera club by 11.59 pm on the Thursday (4) days prior to the competition night. Late entries may not be accepted.
